After being kidnapped by a gang of Chinese mobsters hitman Chev Chelios has his heart stolen and swapped with a battery-powered replacement. Chelios goes on a violent romp through LA to wreak his vengeance but the artificial heart requires constant electric shocks to keep its owner alive.
