Three sisters separated in childhood are reunited 30 years later under mysterious circumstances. After their parents death the two younger girls are taken in by loving foster parents while the other endures a childhood of cruelty and abuse. Through courage and determination she manages to make a success of her life until one day her past comes back to haunt her.
