Sharpes Enemy. When Lady Augustus Farthindale a beautiful noblewoman is taken hostage by a group of deserters the dashing Richard Sharpe is sent with the ransom. However when the leader of the band turns out to be none other than his old enemy Obadiah Hakeswill it soon transpires that Sharpe has been tricked and the ransom doubled.
