Rain. A robbery in Chinatown goes badly wrong when two of the thieves are killed in an explosion. Stellas investigation of the heist uncovers a kidnapping plot involving the bank manager but then things are further complicated when the kidnappers ransom spot is blocked by an unannounced police drill.
