Its not easy for an American in Tokyo and student Karen is doing her best. She works part-time doing social work. She is sent to replace a colleague who hasn t shown up to take care of the semi-catatonic mother of an American couple. Karen finds something very unsettling about the home she is visiting and soon discovers a gruesome secret about it.
